We received a brief from this interesting company, What3Words, which asked that we supply a selection of branded merchandise that would help promote their clever location system and app to emergency services around the UK. This global addressing system have assigned each 3m square in the world a unique 3-word address that will never change, which aims to make it easier for emergency services to locate people in need of their service.
The system can be used for several purposes, pinpointing an exact location of an emergency or accident being one of them. What3Words wanted to create a merchandise collection to send out to the emergency services signing up to use their system.
The client already had a good idea on what type of items could be suitable for the emergency services, a durable metal water bottle with a carabiner, a classic coffee cup, pencils and embroidered keyrings.
We provided several options to suit their budget and took great care in finding the right products with durability and quality being the key features.
Our client chose an almost all-red look, staying true to their brand colour, resulting in a stylish and cohesive collection.
One important factor the client expressed before starting the project, was our ability to provide a full pick and pack services. Having recently moved into larger facilities, we were able to tailor the shipping solution to What3words’s needs and provided full storage and as-and-when distribution of the merchandise collections.
The products were well received by the emergency services, and we are hoping to work with What3Words again in the future.
