We are not a manufacturer. We collaborate with high-quality global factories to produce innovative and unique products based on client briefs. This approach allows us to offer a vast array of products and select the most suitable manufacturer for each project.

With nearly 2 decades of experience in identifying the best factories, visiting them, and streamlining processes, we have established a reliable, secure, and socially responsible supply chain. Our relationships with these factories ensure defined pricing and production quality.

Diversifying product offerings with factory network

Before integrating a factory into our supply chain, we conduct third-party audits to ensure they meet our environmental, social, and welfare standards. We follow a strict process for briefing jobs, pre-production sampling, and quality auditing during production and before dispatch to ensure consistency and high quality.

When considering new suppliers, we apply the same rigorous review, auditing, and negotiation processes to ensure they meet our supply and ethical standards.

This means that we only add new suppliers to our network if they can provide products or services that are distinct and not already available through our existing suppliers. Essentially, we seek out new suppliers who can bring something innovative or different to our offerings, ensuring that we continually enhance and diversify what we can provide to our clients.

UK manufacture

We are committed to manufacturing our products in the UK whenever possible, and we have a core base of excellent British factories. However, many products, especially bespoke branded merchandise, cannot be economically produced in the UK. Therefore, we have established long-standing partnerships with factories in Europe, China and India.

Thanks to our detailed project management and extensive experience with overseas suppliers, we maintain consistent service quality for our clients, regardless of where our factories are located. Many clients have faced challenges when dealing directly with overseas factories, particularly in China, so we offer peace of mind and a quality guarantee for production outside the UK.

Third party auditing

We are committed to sourcing products from ethically sound environments, ensuring our supply chain adheres to international standards that protect both people and the planet. Our aim is to give our clients peace of mind when sourcing products from overseas. To achieve this, we ensure all our partner factories are audited by third-party companies like SEDEX and SGS, and that they meet CSR requirements.
